The problem can be with your ISP or Mobile Network Caching.
Some mobile network providers cache DNS records for a longer duration, causing delays in resolving to the new server IP.
Clear the DNS cache on your mobile device by restarting it or toggling airplane mode on and off.The problem will be solved hopefully.
